The deck face is precision-ground to ensure perfect flatness, eliminating the risk of head gasket leaks. All valve seat pockets, guide bores, coolant passages, and oil galleries are machined to exact specifications, ensuring proper valve train operation and consistent cooling flow. Before leaving our facility, every head undergoes hydrostatic pressure testing and magnaflux inspection to detect even the smallest hidden cracks or porosity. This means you get a part that's ready to install with confidence, no rework required.

This Doosan DX300LCA cylinder head is a drop-in replacement, with no modifications needed to fit your engine. It's designed to work with your existing valves, springs, and valve train components, making it ideal for both full engine overhauls and targeted repairs. The head is packed in heavy-duty wooden crates (600mm × 500mm × 400mm, 180kg) to protect it during shipping, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition for your rebuild.
